New 4-Bedroom Dwelling – Weybridge
We replaced an old property with a new 5-bedroom property with modern features and a detached Garden Building. Externally we used white render, zinc cladding and plain roof tiles. Due to the slope on the site the rear open-plan Kitchen / Dining / Living area has 3m high ceilings. The proeprty also includes an air-source heat pump and solar panels. Construction was completed in 2024.

Miles End
New 7,000sq. ft Dwelling – Epsom
Miles End is a new 7,000 sq. ft dwelling designed around the life-style of a local family who have lived in the area for many years. The primary objective of the design was for each ‘zone’ of the property to function efficiently. The introduction of a large three-storey void through the centre of the property meant that we were able to minimise the need of internal corridors and fill each area with natural light. The property includes a triple garage, home Gym, Golf Simulator, Cinema Room, double-height Kitchen, a detached Garden Building and a putting green. Construction was completed in 2019. Ottways Lane
Two new 5-Bedroom Dwelling – Ashtead
The site is located in an area of Ashtead, Surrey that has seen a lot of developments over recent years. This project consists of demolishing the existing bungalow and erecting two new 5-bedroom detached properties. The houses have been designed using traditional materials and details to fit in with the surrounding houses. Construction was completed in 2016.
