It was a pleasure working with Joaquin. He patiently went through several iterations of plans with us – we were replacing a large conservatory with an extension and needed to work out how to best utilise the space – and handled everything with planning. He introduced us to 4 different builders and assisted us with the decision making process by showing us side by side comparisons of their prices. And during the build he visited regularly, worked closely with the builder and then spent further time once the builders were off site to document the few snagging bits we had. Would highly recommend.
